To make an estimate we need information about the project: 3D model, drawings, sketches or ideas, the number of images and the delivery time.
Each 3D model has some degree of detail everything will depend on what you want to visualize on the renders. Providing the 3D model can reduce costs and time. The 3D models can be elaborated in SketchUP, ArchiCad, Revit and in certain types of 3DS format file. Firstly it would have to be reviewed and verified the usefulness of the same.
Approved the estimate and supplied the deposit starts the project. During the development of the renders will be sent the evolution to corroborar the objects and furnishings to use. The images will have the watermarks until the final payment is executed.
With the 3D model confirmed, the points of view are chosen. Several images are produced in low resolution so that the client can select the views.
Once selected the points of view to be made will select the materials and the type of luminary to use if required.
After applying the materials and lighting, the images are made in low resolution. This helps to make decisions for any changes that are intended to be included and give the latest modifications to the final result.
Given the approval of the views, the rendering of the images in high resolution is performed. The images are sent to the customer so you can make some comments.
Once the final images have been approved and the final payment made, the images are sent in high resolution.
